Ernie Williams LTD's RTK network is progressing. We have 4 base stations up and operating, 2 more in various stages of development, and 2 more sites to be set-up. These sites will be operational by spring 2009.

            There are new products coming from John Deere AMS for the spring of 2009. These products are: a lightbar that can be used with a StarFire receiver alone, or in conjunction with an original GS display; a new StarFire 300 WAAS only receiver: and a new 1800 GS2 display that is available now as a display for SeedStar 2 on air drills, and will be available in late spring for other applications.

            If you are considering any AMS products for use next spring, talk to your salesman soon. Products are in good supply now, but supplies will tighten up, as we get closer to spring.  You can also finance AMS products through Farm Plan.
